MANAGEMENT POLICY

 

Bilboats’ mission is to offer high-quality, safe, inclusive, and sustainable nautical tourism experiences, promoting knowledge and enjoyment of the natural environment through respect for the environment and commitment to people.

Bilboats’ Management System is the key tool that enables us to consolidate effective and efficient processes that respect all people and the environment. This system is essential to guarantee and continuously improve the quality of the services we offer, exceeding the expectations of our clients and other stakeholders.

At our company, we firmly believe that only a qualified, motivated, safe, and committed team can meet present and future challenges. Therefore, we encourage the active and professional participation of all members of our organisation, ensuring their well-being through an Occupational Health and Safety Plan that protects their physical and emotional integrity.
